In order to facilitate user management for large enterprises, typically with more than one administrator managing access, API keys, license limits, and more, we are proud to announce that the “Organization Support“ feature is now available.
All individually registered users who are associated with a single organization can now be consolidated under the same group (organization). More granular management features include managing registered users, consolidated organizational license/API limit, access control by IP whitelisting.

For any customers on our “Enterprise” licensing, effective today, our SLA for scanning time is now 8 seconds for p90. We have also added a new user onboarding process to allow federated identity where access to MetaDefender Cloud is permitted using the same identity and credentials within the customers’ organization. This feature reduces the overhead of managing different credentials to the MetaDefender Cloud platform while allowing much faster user onboarding with existing identity services.
